Updating the Fee Schedule

Updating the Fee Schedule in PS Suite (Ontario)

  1. Go to https://www.ontario.ca/page/ohip-schedule-benefits-and-fees?sfmc_id=7566469#section-2

  2. Download the file named "ZIP file" "ohipfee_schedulemaster.zip"

  3. Locate the downloaded zip file and double-click to open the zip file

  4. Right-click on the extracted file and select Cut

  5. Navigate to the Desktop and Paste the file on the Desktop

  6. Open PS Suite

    1. Click MOH
    2. Click View Billing File
    3. Click File
    4. Click Import Billing File
    5. Choose the file from the Desktop
    6. Click Open
    7. Click MOH > View Inbox reports
  7. Wait for the fee file to finish processing

  8. Review the fee codes not in the EMR

  9. To import all codes:

    1. Click Select All

    2. Click Add New Fees Selected at the bottom of the window
